“Our goal with CommUNITY Dance Fest is to put the dancers FIRST. Routinely, dancers show up for a performance and have to wait back stage for sometimes hours as their parents get to enjoy the show. This event puts the dancers directly in the audience, affording them the opportunity to cheer on their friends, old and new, the same way they would hope to be cheered while they are on stage!”
“Join West Chester University’s University Dance Company for the third annual Dance for HER 2024! A beloved annual dance fundraising event that has become a highlight of the season, last year’s Dance for HER was a spectacular show that featured the work of the University Dance Company in addition to the best dance studios and choreographers throughout Chester County and beyond. All proceeds go directly to Unite for HER, a West-Chester-based non-profit that provides therapies and services for breast and ovarian cancer patients.”
